In July 2007 we acquired the Document Solutions International Ltd (“DSIL”) division of Formscan plc, including the rights to retain the Formscan name in the UK and most European countries. Our new Formscan business has historically provided automatic invoice processing data capture solutions, primarily in the UK market. We (the Investor Group which I led) plan to use Formscan as the platform upon which to build a significant Document Solutions business throughout Europe and beyond.

We engaged Westchester to assist and advise us in formulating the deal with Formscan plc (now renamed Inspectron Holdings plc) and they played a played a key role in the process including the negotiation of the terms of the purchase agreement.

In April 2009 Westchester has once again assisted in the acquisition of the Anacomp’s UK Document Solutions operations which extends and deepens our capabability extensively.

Westchester’s background and experience in both the M&A process and the Document Solutions marketplace are very important to us. Not only for this transaction, but also in working with us in future transactions as we continue to grow Formscan into a significant Document Solutions business
