We do not engage in activities outside technology and we have no conflicts of interest with other business offerings. Because of our backgrounds and experience we really understand your business and can therefore present or evaluate it in an optimal way to maximise value or economic return. We have a flexible approach that adapts to the individual needs of the client, tailoring our process to execute projects in the UK, Europe and USA. Our principals live and work in the UK and USA and have extensive M&A and other project management experience.

We bring a Deep Understanding of our Client's technology business with us as a key element of the services we offer.

Each of the Principals in Westchester Associates has extensive senior operational management backgrounds in multiple technology businesses. We have "been there and done that" in technology businesses ourselves.

Due to our operational management experience we understand how best to maximise the value of a business or the economic return on an acquisition. "We speak the language of business" not just the financial or legal language of many other M&A service firms.

One or more of our Principals will always "own and work" each project in which we are involved. We do not assign this to an "associate" to do most of the work, we do the work ourselves.

When managing a project, we are careful to address sensitive issues. This includes setting proper expectations, being ultra-responsive and addressing soft issues in a professional and understanding way.
