Jeffrey Jenner - Director

Jeffrey is the founder of Westchester and has steadily built the business since its inception in 1993. During that time he has guided the company to its leading position in mergers and acquisitions in the mid-range IT sector and established its presence in the USA.

During his leadership of Westchester, Jeffrey has worked in a dozen countries successfully completing buy and sale transactions and advisory work for numerous private and public client companies. These clients have operated in many market sectors including banking and software services, insurance, managed services, internet service providers (ISPs), infrastructure, e-business, document solutions, pharmaceutical software services, technical consulting, media and distribution. Recent transaction examples include the acquisition of Anacomp’s UK Document Solutions Business by Formscan, the sale of Mediasurface to Alterian, Freedom Marketing to Creditcards.com Inc., the acquisition of Campbell Lee by Onyx Group, the acquisition of Document Solutions International (now renamed Formscan Limited), the sale of Centric to Maxima, the acquisition of Ecensity by Quadrant and the subsequent establishment of a joint venture in India and the Middle East. Prior transactions include the acquisition of Nexus' IT Security Division by MIS Corporate Defence Solutions, the sale of Fernhart New Media to Netb2b2 Plc, the acquisition by Netstore Plc of Cassium Technologies and soon after of System Software Solutions and the sale of Nildram to PIPEX Communications Plc.

Before establishing this business, Jeffrey worked almost exclusively in the Information Technology (IT) sector for thirty years of which the majority was spent with leading IT service companies providing systems solutions in most major markets around the world. Jeffrey has held a number of senior management positions during his career, including that of CEO, Managing Director and President.
