Buy Mandates
We represent Clients who wish to acquire information technology businesses in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada and we predominantly act for public companies and the more aggressive and ambitious private companies. These are the companies which have concluded that acquiring appropriate businesses can be an efficient route to growth and a faster, less risky and less expensive method than conventional, organic growth strategies. We function as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the buy process until the transaction is completed. In a number of cases Westchester is the de facto M&A department for our clients assisting them in making multiple acquisitions over time.
We utilize our strong research capability together with our knowledge, contacts and our US office to identify and contact as many appropriate domestic and international acquisition targets as possible.
