Mediasurface Plc has been acquired by Alterian Plc. Mediasurface develops, markets and implements Web Content Management (WCM) software that helps businesses take full advantage of the capabilities of the web by transforming the complex task of managing websites into straightforward activities.

We engaged Westchester earlier this year to advise and guide us in finding the right partner to acquire our company to provide us further opportunity into the rapidly growing market for online marketing software and to deliver greater shareholder value.

Westchester quickly presented us with a comprehensive list of credible potential buyers in the UK, Europe and North America and efficiently made contact with them and soon focussed on a small number who had the ambition, fit and resources to be credible purchasers and then managed the process to the formal offer. Throughout this sale process, they were very responsive and always available whenever required.
