In line with our stated acquisition strategy of moving into new markets, adding customers in key markets and acquiring contracted managed service revenues, we engaged Westchester to assist us in identifying, evaluating and completing acquisitions that meet our strategic objectives. One of the reasons for engaging Westchester as our advisors was their thorough knowledge of the technology market.

Westchester immediately began bringing us relevant acquisition candidates, and in August 2005, we completed the acquisition of System Software Solutions, our second transaction with Westchester's assistance. Once again, Westchester identified the right type of business, in the right market sector and for right value for Netstore.

Our first transaction working with Westchester was concluded In May 2005, with our acquisition of Cassium Technologies. Westchester's market knowledge, M&A expertise and ability to find, qualify and deliver relevant candidates has made a valuable contribution to our acquisition strategy.
