Westchester Assists Lansdowne in Sale to ARINSO International -- Advises in completion of transaction announced April 3rd

LONDON - April 5, 2006 - Westchester Associates Limited (www.westchester.co.uk) today announced that it assisted Lansdowne Creative Marketing Ltd ("Lansdowne") in its acquisition by ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN).

ARINSO offers information technology based HR business solutions to the world's largest employers including implementing SAP HR, Payroll outsourcing and now Recruitment process outsourcing.

Founded in 1990, Lansdowne provides innovative recruitment solutions and services, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and call centre technology to leading blue chip organisations in the United Kingdom. In 2005, its revenues exceeded EUR 7 million. The company employs over 100 staff and provides services to organisations such as Norwich Union and Lloyds TSB.
