Westchester client Onyx Acquires Leading Scottish IT Services Company

LONDON - January, 30th, 2008 - Westchester Associates Limited (www.westchester.co.uk) today announced that it acted for fast growing technology solutions company Onyx Group ("Onyx") in their acquisition of leading Glasgow-based IT services provider Campbell Lee plc for an undisclosed sum.

Announcing this latest deal, which will see the fast growing technology solutions company Onyx Group's annual revenue increase to around £12 million, its customer base to over 3000 and its number of employees to around 100, Chief Executive Officer Neil Stephenson said: "This is a very significant move for Onyx as it will enable us to grow the base of our business both in terms of resources, range of capabilities and geographic reach."
