Westchester advises existing client, Formscan, in its acquisition of Anacomp UK’s Document Solutions business.

LONDON - April 20, 2009 - Westchester Associates Limited (www.westchester.co.uk) today announced that it acted as advisor to Formscan Limited (www.formscan.com) a leading supplier of solutions and services strategically focused on business documents, in its acquisition of the Anacomp’s UK Document Solutions operations.

The acquisition extends and deepens Formscan’s capabilities in end-to-end document scanning, conversion, migration, hosting, processing and archiving solutions, addressing challenges of business efficiency, security, disaster recovery, customer service standards and regulatory compliance.

Commenting on Westchester’s contributions to the acquisition, MD Chris Haden remarked, "Westchester and Jeffrey Jenner have worked with us over a long period in attempting to acquire this business.
